OK!! We went to Yakima this past weekend to try to find a house or an apt, and we found this house & fell in love!! It's 3 bed 2 full baths, 1,980 sq ft!! And only 2 years old!!! We are sooo excited!! I can't even believe it! we put in an offer the day after we saw it & they accepted our offer today!! We couldn't believe it!! We thought they would for sure counter-offer! I can't wait to move in and start planning things out! it is so perfect! it's in a growing great neighborhood & has really great schools too!!! it's PERFECT!!!
Russ starts work on the 25th and our closing date is the 22nd. We may be able to move in sooner if they rush everything! They owners are already out! AHHHHH!! I feel like such a big girl!! :)
