We have had a long 2 weeks here. Rylie got real sick & I took her to the doctor & found out she had bronconcitus (not the correct spelling, I'm sure & I'm too lazy & tired to look up the right). VERY contageous!!! So Thanks to the person who passed on this lovely virus to my kids! Appearntly, this is very scary for kids under 2 because they may need to hospitalized & it can easily turn into RSV. We did have to rush Rylie to the ER @ Children's b/c she was wheezing & seemed like she was having a hard time breathing. After a horrible session on snot sucking with a l o n g tube!! They gave her a breathing treatment & she was finally breathing easy!! And this was all in recod time!! TWO hours!! Yes my friends! We we're in & out from the ER in two hours!! Rylie is now much better, she has a little lingering cough, to be expected, but much better! As for Tanner, as soon I as was seeing a light at the end of the tunnel, he up & decided to catch this! Another miserable week went by & he seemed to be doing better, then BAM! He's really whiny one day & won't sllep at all that night, then starts complaining about his ear hurting. Horray, we take him to the doctor, he has broncio....blah, blah, an ear infection, AND pnemonia!!! Can you even imagine?? I think my kids will be sick FOREVER!! So a note to all you parents who take thier sick kids to church, STAY HOME!! Because my kids are the ones catching your kids crappy colds & death by coughing! Stop contaminating all of us PLEASE!!
I don't think I have any sanity left in me...

Lol... okay, I know this isn't funny at all, and I do feel so bad for you having to deal with 2 sick kids. It's awful when it's something so serious. But your last comment about parents bringing their sick kids to church was funny so I couldn't help laughing. I really hope everyone gets all the way better very soon! Hang in there!
Oh, cute new layout too!
We had it announced it sacrament meetingin October to not bring sick kids to nursery and primary because Dylan catches everyhing. And common colds and virus to some kids turns to bronchitis and pnuemonias for him. He has actually been doing really well, until this morning when he woke up stuffy. Since it's Tueasday I know he caught it from church. So it totally hear you! I'm sorry your babies are sick. Dylan had 3 pnuemonias between ages 1-2. So I know all about RSV and everything your going though. Hang in there, things will get better.
Go Mel! Although I don't have kids... I am the primary teacher for 5/6 year olds and I get what ever they have... so yeah... don't send your kids to church when they are sick!!!! Hahahha. Love ya Mel!
Oog. My mom always says that little kids are essentially tiny walking germ-bags. I've never gotten as sick as I did the first year I was working as a children's librarian. For all of this insanity, you sure were looking good on Tuesday! Get some good sleep, you hear me? :-)
